OVERVIEW
Menthyl Acetate is a natural monoterpene with empirical formula C12H22O2, which is milder than menthol and found in mint oils, Mentha Piperita.
Menthyl acetate gives a flavour of fresh,slightly fruity-herbaceous and peppermint. It is used as fragrance ingredients in soaps giving fresh and refreshing lift without a very strong minty note.
